Hot tub hire enquiries:
Before contacting us please be aware that the only service we provide is hot tub hire we do not offer hot tub repair, removal, sell hot tubs, parts or chemicals.
It would be helpful for us if could you take the time to read the information on the Hire FAQ page to see if your property meets the minimum requirements before contacting us. Bookings should be made at least 7 days from the hire delivery date. The delivery address should be within 30 miles of our postcode ‘KY114EG’ typically this is Google Maps’ fastest time route.

We are not able to take your booking over the phone, for bookings you will need to complete and submit the hire request form here.

Monday to Friday: OPEN 9am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
N.B. If you currently have one of our hot tubs even if it’s over the festive period you may still contact us anytime (within reason) if you have any problems or concerns during your hire.

When using the contact form please make sure you include the full postcode where the tub is to be delivered when enquiring about a hot tub hire. Please provide as much information as you possible, for example regarding a hot tub hire please tell us which hot tub model you are interested in hiring, how long you would like to hire one for and the date you need the hire to start. We will contact you either by phone or email to let you know the availability and cost for the hire.
